We achieve that goal by properly supervising and training our staff, using very specific cleaning checklists and inspecting all completed work. In addition, we'll regularly stay in touch with you using your preferred method(s) of communication (i.e. log books, emails, phone calls, text or personal visits).

Services Provided By ABS

General Office Cleaning

? Empty all trash and replace liners? Vacuum all carpet areas? Sweep all hard surface floors? Arrange furniture? Detail vacuum rugs? Spot clean stains or spills on desks? Return kitchenware to sink area? Remove drinks left at desk? Damp mop hard surface floors? Spot clean interior glass

Periodic Cleaning

? Dust low areas where visible? Dust window sills and cobwebs? Details vacuum cloth furniture? Clean interior of refrigerator? Clean interior of microwave? Clean / Wipe interior of kitchen cabinets

Receptionist Area / Front Entrance

? Spot clean walls, light switches and doors? Empty trash, replace liner each time? Sweep hard surface floors? Damp mop hard surface floors? Arrange furniture

Meeting / Conference Rooms

? Clean / Wipe desks shelves etc.? Empty trash, replace liner each time? Sweep hard surface floors? Damp mop hard surface floors? Spot clean walls, light switches and doors? Arrange furniture

Cubicle Work Stations

Kitchen Area

Trash

? All hard floors swept, vacuumed, dust mopped and wet mopped

End of Cleaning / Night

? Clean and straighten janitorial closet? Turn off lights and lock doors per instructions? Set Alarm per instructions

ABS CANCELATION POLICY AND SERVICE AGREEMENT

ABS's Service Policy is if you, the client, are not satisfied with a provided service, Alegria's Building Services requires clients to notify us within 24 hours to discuss the particular cause of dissatisfaction. Alegria's Building Services will handle the issue by returning to provide the necessary services required until you're happy and the job/issue has been rectified to your complete satisfaction.

The following points for your review are included simply to clarify and solidify a relational foundation between Alegria's Building Services and You the customer. They are as follows:

1. Alegria's Building Services agrees to provide all labor, supervision, materials, cleaning chemicals and equipment necessary to complete the cleaning services.

2. Alegria's Building Services will provide and maintain all insurance as required by state statute.

3. Consumable products such as, can liners, toilet tissue, paper towels, toiler seat covers, hand soap etc. will be provided by Alegria?s Building Services at a mutually agreed upon price.

4. Any additional requested work, not listed in the ?Service Provided by ABS? list will be performed at a mutually agreed upon price.

5. The initial term of agreement shall be 1 year from the start date of services. Either party shall have the option, with or without cause, to terminate this agreement at any time with 2 months written notice.

6. In the event that Alegria's Building Services continues to provide services to you the customer beyond the initial term of this agreement, it is agreed that this agreement will continue in effect until 60 days written notice is given by either party.

7. Invoicing will be on the 1st of the current month and due on the 20th of same month.
